The room had excellent ceiling height and sash windows overlooked the Royal Opera House. I found the clothes steamer very handy because I had a delicate silk dress.

the restaurant features a beautiful glass roof, even on gray mornings. i observed staff to be very attentive and polished throughout the premises.
the gym only had three treadmills, which i consider a bit limited for a hotel of this caliber.
